Please read the following terms carefully. By booking lessons with Leisha’s Mobile Swim School, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Bookings & Payments
- Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- Payment is required prior to or on the day of the lesson unless otherwise arranged.
- Ongoing lesson times may be scheduled weekly, depending on availability and client needs.
Lesson Structure
- Lessons are conducted in your home pool.
- Sessions are tailored to each child’s age, ability, and confidence level.
- Class sizes may include up to 2–3 children of similar ability, unless a private lesson is booked.
- Lesson duration will depend on the type of lesson selected.
Cancellations & Missed Lessons
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Lessons cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
- Missed lessons or late cancellations may be charged at the full lesson rate.
Weather & Pool Conditions
- Lessons may be postponed due to unsuitable weather conditions.
- Pools must be safe and chemically balanced before lessons can proceed.
- If conditions are deemed unsafe, the lesson will be rescheduled.
- A decision regarding weather or pool safety may be made on the day of the lesson.
Parent / Guardian Responsibility
- A responsible adult must remain present and supervise children at all times during the lesson.
- The instructor is responsible for teaching, not general supervision before or after the lesson.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring children are ready and prepared for their lesson at the scheduled time.
Health & Safety
- Please inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs prior to the lesson.
- Children should not attend lessons if they are unwell.
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn, including swim nappies where required.
Liability
- Participation in swimming lessons involves inherent risks.
- By booking lessons, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- Leisha’s Mobile Swim School is not responsible for incidents arising from unsafe pool conditions or lack of supervision outside of lesson instruction.
Changes to Lessons
- Lesson times may occasionally need to be adjusted due to scheduling, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Where possible, notice will be provided in advance and alternative arrangements offered.
Agreement
By booking a lesson with Leisha’s Mobile Swim School, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
